my brain is in a fog!
I had a root canal done yesterday and I got no rest last night. Today my brain has been beating me. I tied meditating this morning and became restless with feelings of stress and despair, I guess the quietness is getting to me . i tried working on some of my pendants>( no drive)
I tried listening to my mp3 and still no relief. So I came here to do some reading and to be among friends. I am starting to feel a little better. I am amazed that sometimes when I am alone I feel free and strong and other times when I sit and think about my life and how much it has changed I start getting lonely and feeling empty inside.
Maybe I’m just tired.
Any suggestions??/

p.s. i don't know what happen to me over the years i use to be so grounded people use to come to me for advise my motto was no hurry no worries.. i guess the past few years my energy has been drained..

We finally got the flow chart done for the re-vamp on the website and it is in fully capable hands, now being built. It wont be long before we have that to announce as well.

I am currently working on putting together the grand opening & fall festival for Oct. 24th-26th. I am lining up bands, vendors, fun activities for the kids and we are having a haunted barn! I am holding a contest for the drama clubs of the local area high schools. Whoever submits the winning theme/story for the haunted barn gets to totally decorate & man it with actors and will get full credit in all of our press releases for doing it!

This is coming in on the tail end of the Rick Honeycutt Youth Foundation Golf Tournament and since Rick is the owner of the land Heartland is located on, we are hoping to pull in some of the celebs from that event to join the fun.

We are going to go public in a big way...and they couldnt have picked a better time to do it because I LOVE Halloween and love doing stuff like this, lol.
